Dr. Dhakal completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2010 and is a proud Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. His medical journey has taken him across Nepal, Oman, and Dubai before he made Australia his home in 2017.
Dr. Dhakal believes in caring for the whole person — not just their condition — and values open, respectful communication and shared decision-making with his patients.
Before moving into general practice, he gained extensive experience working in both public and private hospitals across Perth as a general medicine registrar. He has also served in rural and regional communities throughout Australia, where he developed a deep appreciation for the variety and challenges of general practice.
Dr. Dhakal enjoys all aspects of family medicine, with special interests in chronic disease management, cardiovascular health, preventative care, and minor surgical procedures, including skin excisions, biopsies, Implanon removal, and ear wax removal.
Dr Dhakal takes pride in building strong, lasting Patient-Doctor relationships with his patients and strives to provide compassionate, holistic care that supports their overall wellbeing.
